Evelyn Leonard Weston Wicks was born in Portsea Island, Hampshire, between October 1881 and December 1881.¹

As of 13 November 1882, Evelyn Leonard Weston Wicks was also known as Evelyn Leonard Weston as he was named on his father's falsely performed 'naturalisation' as a British subject (which, of course, he was already).²
